CURRENTLY ENROLLING

                       FEMALE SAFETY AWARENESS AND SELF DEFENSE
           ON A COLLEGE CAMPUS AND  ALL ASPECTS OF LIFE!

 This is a four hour course to empower  adult females of all ages by increasing self confidence, safety and awareness! This course will also cover campus safety and travel safely (spring break, vacations, and leisure travel).  This course is designed to educate females by teaching them to be safe and smart as well as prevention, recognition, and dealing with any unsafe situations that may arise. They will learn about the support networks available in the event they feel threatened, or if she or a friend have been assaulted. There will be guest speakers and professionals in attendance for questions and answers.  All females will learn real life self defense techniques that will provide valuable life skills.  You are never too young or too old to feel empowered, confident, and safe! The self defense techniques in the course are easy to learn and females do not have to be excellent physical shape, or athletic.  Females of all sizes, abilities, and ages will flourish in this course. What is taught in this course is priceless!!!
